Always one step at a time, Jayne4 months ago I had no idea about any of those things either.
As far as code validation is concerned, that’s one of the most difficult tasks for me. I know a little about HTML, but no nearly enough to fix such errors.
I ended up outsourcing the task for a VERY reasonably price; I will be happy to provide my contact info if you are interested.

I never recommend using flash scripts on blog, Jamal, 1. because of validation reasons, 2. because they significantly slow down blogs.I don’t think it’s possible to have NO validation errors, but getting as close to perfect as possible is always a good idea.

Thanks for sharing this video! It’s a powerful video of Will Smith and he shares a lot of business principles.
My favorite, “Where other guys sleeping, I am working; where other guys eating, I am working.”
I have a verse on my wall that is similar to this and I read it everyday. Just to keep reminding me to stay focus.
