Yep - I'm reminded of the old Mary Kay answer, "What color is the car *your* boss bought *you* this year?"I have several goals - personal (38 more pounds will bring me under 300 for the first time in 20 years, 10 more inches off the waistline will bring me back to 38), and business (recruit one new teammate every two weeks, help my first 12 teammates reach 5-figure monthly incomes).
