Of course there are do follow plugins that allow you to pick a number; once that number of comments is reached by a certain commenter, all their comments become do follow.

- I meant to add, it has nothing to do with content really. Personally, I would coment here no matter what…just sayin’.

- Admittedly, I did not read all the comments; my apologies if this was mentioned…
At the very least, I find it highly unethical for a new blog to offer do-follow (or any such perks), allow the community to build them to super-star, then pull it away.
I am far from alone in this thinking as well.
Btw, many of the top blogs that do not offer it, never did.

Many say social media and conversions don’t play well together..I take it you disagree? If after commenting on a specific blog for a while, the blog owner doesn’t seem to be interested in connecting with you, move on and find another blog.
I advise not to be so hasty. As a known comment commando myself, I say the blog owner is but one person. If you can entice a few of his/her readers with each of your comments you’re batting better.

Excellent tips Ana. The one I like to stress is to stop lining to your homepage in blog comments. The URL box is sitting there begging for a deep link; more importantly, a deep link that coincides with the article you’re commenting on.
Yes, ironically I’m linking to my home page in this comment; there’s a reason for it. LOL
Speaking of links, I hope you do not mind one n the body of this comment. I recently wrote about ho many links is to many, for a good link round-up post. I’ve love your commented thoughts.

Hi Ana, I usually comment in some high traffic blogs mainly for my link building campaign. But whenever I find an article which gives more values to the readers I don’t worry about the Nofollow, dofollow thing. I just post a comment to appreciate the author. The later is the reason that I am commenting here.
